Lab Key Account Manager 1명

[ Highlight ] 

- Reference Laboratory service sales에 대한 Key Account Manager로써 해당 서비스 revenue 증진
- 해외 지점 Key Account Manager와 contact point 

[ 담당 업무 ] 
- To work closely with practices to understand their reference laboratory needs, identifying and working with the team to achieve new business opportunities (on current accounts or new customers) while building rapport with stakeholders.

- Working independently, you’ll be the point of reference for the reference laboratory – representing the commercial team. Ensuring sales and revenue goals are met - you’ll build relationships, and develop the strategy and the execution plans for the reference laboratory initiatives. It is essential for success that there is a strong collaboration with your internal commercial partners.

[ 필수 조건 ] 
- 학사 이상 (생명 과학, 수의학 등의 전공 선호)
- Sales 5년 이상 경력자 및 commercially driven mind 소유자
- Diagnostic/laboratory/animal science background  
- 영어 회의 가능자

- A proven successful background in sales is essential
- Ability to promote ideas persuasively, you’re motivating & problem solving is a key strength
- Flexibility for reactive travel & motivation for a varied work week
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
